A beginning
I'm a single mother for two terribly charming children, i am studying towards uni for 2013/2014.
I am currently trying to clean up my eating habits as since my daughter was born, I have struggled with my weight.
I am 9.5 stones and would like to get to about 8 stone.
Last year i began boxing and became an exercise junkie however, Fitness can only go so far towards my health i want my body to reflect the fact that i exercise to a high intensity six days a week, at the moment i just look like someone that has let her self go a bit and wears sweats alot.
I box two-three times a week normally , i run between three to five mornings a week and throw in some bodyrock.tv or dvd weight training workouts as well depending on my mood and how much time i have.
However while i eat healthy food i like it alot as well as my constant snacking habits, have meant that all this exercise hasn't actually contributed to much weight loss , it has however steadied my weight.
I bite the bullet and joined weight watchers last week and my first goal is 8.10 stone.
I am going to use this blog to share recipes , my exercise goals and make myself a bit more accountable.
